Thank You!

The OpenJAUS community would like to thank the following organizations for their support. Each one of these groups contributes by offering developer time, software modifications, testing or donations.
The National Robotics Engineering Center, a part of the Carnegie Mellon Robotics Institute, provides OpenJAUS with critical support. They currently sponsor Dr. Tom Galluzzo's contributions to the project. They also have committed to using OpenJAUS on some of their new projects. Their intent is to use OpenJAUS as a common operating platform for several of their future unmanned systems, thereby increasing internal organization interoperability and supporting customer JAUS requirements .
Defense Technologies Inc. is a key supporter of OpenJAUS. OpenJAUS is used in a variety of DTI's products including the RANLO 1 UGV and the GO-C Camera System. DTI also tests its OpenUMI OCU product using OpenJAUS to ensure seemless integration with OpenJAUS based robotic systems. DTI also supports OpenJAUS development through sponsoring changes to the OpenJAUS codebase and comitting changes back to the main OpenJAUS branch.
The University of Florida has been a key supporter of OpenJAUS since the beginning. The original OpenJAUS software was developed at the Center for Intelligent Machines and Robotics (CIMAR) for the 2005 DARPA Grand Challenge, and since then has grown in popularity as the reference implementation of JAUS.
CIMAR continues to support and use OpenJAUS today. They provide vital testing of the software and offer practical development recommendations along with regular patches and bug fixes. All of this effort is essential to helping OpenJAUS drive the adoption of the standard.
